Terrible service at Makro Online!!
I ordered a trampoline for my son at Makro Online. They had a special over Black Friday where you get a free trampoline ladder with it. I have been waiting for the trampoline ladder since then. I have emailed and called them but the service you receive is terrible!! I would not recommend anyone to use their online store. You can not trust the promotions they advertise on there.

I do appreciate your kind response but the problem I am having with the service at Makro is that I am always promised answers but I never seem to get them. This once again means nothing unless I get proper answer and/or the product I purchased.
