Terrible service at Makro

Rather avoid the makro in crown mines. Today i visited the makro store in crown mines and i will never again . I went there to buy groceries, a fridge and washing machine. I did my shopping and wanted to pay for my fridge and washing machine but then i was told no i must pay my fridge here and my groceries in the front and bare in mind they only have 1 casher with a long cue to pay for appliance and another long cue in the front with not even half the cashier open . I then called a manager who is even more useless he just tells me the same thing the other person told me then has the nerve to say if i cant wait in the cue i should rather go to another store and i only had about 13 items in my trolly . This was been an Absolute ********** experience and terrible service and treatment by the manager at makro in crown mines another Senior manager came to assist me and within 10 minutes i was done and had left with my fridge
