Terrible service at Makro!!!

We ordered two microwaves on the 13th of Feb 2019 with Makro online and they said that the microwaves will be delivered on the 20th of Feb 2019 and that did not happen. I also phoned them like 3 times last week and they could not give me an answer about the order we placed eventually they told me that the microwaves will be delivered on the 26th or the 27th of Feb but still did not happen phoned them this morning and still waiting for them to phone me back.

The online service is unacceptable and unprofessional and we will never use Makro again.

Terrible service!!!!!!!
