Terrible Service and Zero Communication from Makro

I’m extremely disappointed with Makro’s service. I placed an order for next-day pickup , but two items were cancelled without any notification. Makro stayed completely silent about them being out of stock, and I only found out when I went to the store . I don’t want a refund—I want the items I ordered. This lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional.
