Terrible service and non delivery

I had ordered an item online on the 10th November and expected it the next day according to the messages sent to me. The next day I did not get my order till today the 14th Nov reason being Wumdrop the courier service's failures. I don't know why Makro is still using them as it is an *********** company with a bunch of ****s and lazy staff.
