Terrible Service and No Communication

Extremely disappointed with Makro's service. I placed an order on 21st December with an expected delivery date of 30th December. Despite multiple follow-ups and calls, I received no updates or resolution. The order was supposedly 'being packed' on the 23rd, but as of 31st December, it still hasn't arrived. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Will not be ordering from them again.
