Terrible service and customer service.

Worst online experience ever with Makro Amanzimtoti. Terrible customer service as well. I placed an order on the 27/11/24. Received an sms on the 30/11/24 saying it would be delivered before 6pm. Waited the whole and didn't go out and no delivery came. Phoned Makro Amanzimtoti twice today and the manager said it would be delivered before the end of the day as I explained the urgency of the matter as it was groceries that was purchased. Overseas deliveries are faster. Still haven't received anything.

Please don't buy from Makro Amanzimtoti again.
