Terrible service and customer care for a Refund never use the online buying system

Ok so now it is going on almost a month, i have made numerous calls and sent numerous mails, seems not even the supervisor can give me an answer on my refund. I keep getting told they are escalating and then i get a SMS asking me to rate their customer service. I could actually not believe that. I want my refund and the scary part is 2 weeks ago i got a message saying my refund has been processed. Never thought a big group like Makro could harm their customers so much when i read all the complaints and how people just don't get a response after weeks it is sad.
