Terrible Service and Completely *********** Customer Support

I placed my order on the 24th of September with a 2-day delivery period. It’s now past the expected delivery date (28th September) and my order hasn’t even been collected by the courier yet! It was packed immediately, but since then—nothing. Absolutely no movement.

When I contacted customer service for help, it was an absolute disaster. The agent had no idea what was going on and, instead of resolving the issue, I was randomly transferred to the Woodmead liquor store, which only made things worse. It’s clear nobody knows what they’re doing!

This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and the lack of communication is infuriating. I will NEVER order from here again and strongly advise others to stay away unless they want to be left in the dark like I have been!
