Terrible service and clueless staff
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!!! Order placed the 13/12, was supposed to be delivered 16/12, was not. Then 19/12, not delivered. Online whatsapp is clueless, was told my order was delivered, phoned customer service was told order is with courier. Phoned courier was told they can only deliver on 21/12 as order was not ready for collection at Makro.

I’s almost a month, Makro needs to fire EVERYBODY in customer service and the “online support”. Staff doesn’t have a clue how the system works. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but will never buy from Makro again after this
