Terrible service

I placed an online order with Makro 3 days ago and still haven’t heard back from them. Upon calling them I spoke to Innocent and he told me my order was cancelled because there’s no stock whilst I was busy asking when I will get my refund and why I wasn’t informed he just hang up on me.
