Terrible service!!!

I bought a Bennet Read 8lt digital airfryer towards the end of April 2024 online. This digital airfryer seems to be "confused". I took a video as well. I phoned, emailed and logged a return online on the 27th of June 2024 but to date nothing has been done.

This is unacceptable. I will most def not recommend anyone to buy this specific airfryer nor buy from Makro.
