Terrible service

I placed an order on 2 December It has been two weeks and I have not received my order. Somehow it was handed over to the courier on 5 December but only on 17 December I get an update that the delivery has failed and it is returning to origin. In addition, customer service isn't answering calls or responding to emails.

I still haven't heard from them to this day. Terrible service.
