Terrible service.

I ordered a mirror online in January. The order was a duplicate order, the mirror was not in stock and only one of the orders was refunded, I paid for the duplicate order but didn't receive the product. I've been calling countless times and have sent countless emails to fix the situation and get a refund but the issue is not getting resolved at all. Poor customer service and they do not follow up on the queries.
