terrible service

I purchased an inverter unit from Makro centurion and it has not even been a year, but I have already taken the unit in 4 times for repairs. I am disgusted by the service received by the consultant, when I stated the cost and time was involved every time i had to bring the unit in, I was told that its not his money so he does not care. In less than 1 year year having to fix a unit more than 4 times clearly states there is an issue with the product. I was then told I will get a new unit on Tuesday its now Thursday with no communication whatso ever Repair numbers allocated to me :***
