Terrible service

Spent 90 minutes at Makro Strubens Valley to return items and get a refund. There was only one person assisting at the returns counter and she moved as fast as treacle. Also they said they could process the return but it would take 30 days for the money to reflect in my account. Then, after they had given me a credit voucher for redemption in store, the person at the till didn't have enough money to pay me (less than R350) and I had to go to another till and then wait until another person was served. They should really address these problems!
