Terrible Service

The worst service one can experience! I bought a washing machine 3 weeks ago. The machine was broken and I initiated a return since the machine was broken. It took Value Express and Makro 2 weeks to collect after they promised to collect within 2 - 4 working days. Now I have to chase my refund and I am getting sent from pillar to post. Appalling service. Shut down the entire thing!
