Terrible service

Purchased a freezer at makro because there delivery was 3-5 days. Fell within the timeframe I needed it even though it was more expensive than other stores. Delivery was scheduled. More than 1 email communication during the day. Then at 16:50 I receive an email that delivery would not take place as the truck needs to leave at 7am??? I've sent several emails since and have had no response.
