TERRIBLE SERVICE

If I didn't have to, I would not even give them 1 star. My sons Hisense TV - still in its warranty is faulty for the 2nd time!! It went in for "repairs" in Sep/Oct 2025 and was returned to us. Not even 3 months later, same issue arose, Instead of replacing or refunding as previously promised, they have taken it for more repairs and 14 days later we have no feedback or updates. Disgusting customer service!!
