Terrible service

I placed an online order on 09/12/2023 and received confirmation it was handed to the courier for delivery on 12/12/2023. The expected delivery date was 15/12/2023. After numerous calls and escalations ilmy efforts to get my order is still fruitless. I am so frustrated. I am on a call with them as I am typing this and have been holding the line for the past 35 min. What a horrible experience!
