Terrible service
Ordered an item online and keep getting the incorrect item. Online orders are of other suppliers but it is on makro website so its the responsibility of makro to make sure we get correct items...I have been waiting on the chat for over an hour ,this is ridiculous and frustrating. Given a second opportunity and still getting the Wong item.Please take responsibility @Makro

I have been promised the item will be delivered Thursday or Friday but nothing came.Now its past date of my refund n still nothing...@Makro as per your so called reply ,Do Something ASAP OR GIVE BACK MONEY, NOW ITS LIKE YOURL *****IN FROM CONSUMERS,NO REFUND ,NO ITEM ????????
