Terrible service
Terrible service. I cannot get one consultant to trace and order I placed on November.
Order still outstanding. Quick to take the cash terrible with follow up. What happened to training call centre agents

Also if there is a refund because groceries is lost why not process it.
Everytime it's a new person then I get told it will be escalated.
