TERRIBLE "SERVICE"!!!
Purchased an item from Makro online, they delivered the incorrect color. I immediately logged a return, which was scheduled to be collected on a date and time. The collection did not happen. For 2 weeks and still waiting, I've been calling the call center everyday with no update, I've been to the store as well and they turned me away as this is apparently an online only item, so all returns or exchanges needs to be online only. I purchase from Makro every month, however this is the first time I need to return/exchange an item. Disgusted with this terrible service!!!

The item was collected without notification on Monday, luckily I was home. The app was not updated since then to show the item was collected so I'm not even sure what is happening with my order right now? Will it be replaced? Will it be refunded? Where is the item?

Im calling daily, just to get my correct item delivered or refunded🤬🤬😡😡😠😠disgusting service to take your customers money and not deliver their items! #MAK*** posting you all over social media
