Terrible Service

I've made a purchase for a gaming monitor on 03 August, was told the order would be delivered by the 9th of August, it is now the 13th, and still my order is stuck on "order confirmed", I've sent them two emails and have not heard back from them since. This is honestly the worst service I've ever gotten.
