Terrible service!!!
On 24 March I placed an online order for an Led camping lamp. I shortly after received an SMS stating the the order was confirmed nd that the order would be ready for collection on 2 April.
Them on 28 March I received another SMS saying that the courier service had the item and that it would arrive in 1-3 days. That was 9 days ago!
I called the courier company and they said they don't have the item in their possession. I also called makro and they can't tell me anything other than they will escalate the matter to management and someone will contact me. That was yesterday morning and it's now 9:30pm and I'm still waiting.
I honestly don't know how something so simple can become this complicated...
