Terrible service

3rd consecutive day I'm on the line with Makro online for over an hour each day. They lost my order and no 1 seems to care as they keep promising to call back but they don't bother, clearly the objective is to get rid of me maybe hoping I won't call back. It's been over a week I've been waiting for my order which they say was dispatched on the 25th September and todays being the 3rd they cant even give me answers saying they're trying to get hold of the courier. I've just now been promised a 3rd callback ?
