Terrible service

I bought a hob, oven and extractor from Makro Strubens Valley and paid the delivery and installation fees. I have been struggling to get the extractor installed and Makro has not pitched up for three of the appointments made to install. I find this unacceptable as I cannot take one more day leave to sort this out! This is the worst service I have ever gotten. Denise does not keep you informed and does not meet appointments!
