Terrible service

I am standing in Macro with the management, Ross Smith ,there is no customer service. He takes personal calls while he is busy with me . They have false advertising. And false promises. For waiting and hour they are not willing to apologize for that. I am willing to take the demo model , but they are not willing to give me any discount and even though there has been many people opening and closing it .
