Terrible Service

Makro customer services is useless. calling is even the waste of time as they promise to escalate your query or call back but they never call. You order was suppose to have been delivered on Saturday. They didn't deliver and no one knows why. After 8 phone calls, I different days, but I different people, where they all promised to escalate and come back with feedback, and one is still waiting

This is not even the first time when this is happening. The other order was not delivered at all and after a month they canceled the order
