Terrible service
Terrible Service. I ordered a product online more than a week ago. My scheduled delivery date was the 11th June 2024 and today is the 14th already, I have followed up daily with the call centre and they keep saying no feedback from third party. Have spoken to the manager on duty, Tristan and he was going to get back to me but nothing. No updates on the makro tracking order since th 11th. Now apparently the company cannot get hold 9f me but I never received calls. I was never phone before for online orders as it was just delivered to the address. Absolutely HORRIBLE service.

14 Jun 2024, 17:42Followed up again with them today and their MOD-Tristan. I gave them my number again and asked if I can be contacted in the morning still. No phone call-NO DELIVERY. After following up again at 17:30 I am now told they will only deliver on Tuesday the 18th and the order was placed on the 6th of June.
