Terrible Service

I am disappointed in the service received from Makro. I ordered headboards online on 01.12.2024 which were meant to be delivered 14.12.2024. It's 20.12.2024 today and still no delivery. Online tracking system is still on order confirmed. I have called the customer service a number of times and I keep getting told about them not being able to track because it's coming from their supplier and not directly from Makro. They can't disclose supplier details so I can follow up, I'm now stuck with headboards I paid for and no delivery.
