Terrible Service!

I am actually very disturbed with the reviews that i have read so far, but it seems to be a norm seeing that so many people have issues with online deliveries. I have been trying to call the Port Elizabeth store multiple times without getting through and I've sent quite a few emails regarding items that was missing in my order. I have been told Friday 13 December they will have to investigate (it was going to be done that same night because only the night shift staff can do it) It's now a week later and few days later, still no response. I am highly frustrated and i feel like exploding because it's items that adds up to over R2000 and i had to purchase other goods at different stores.
