Terrible service!

I ordered a product on the 12th June 2023. Received an email saying order has been packed on the 13th June and then nothing. I followed up a week later and was told the waybill was cancelled and that they will escalate. Followed up again and I was told to call their supplier to find out why there is a delay! Just totally unacceptable service, no follow up from them and they clearly selling things online without even knowing if it is available. DO NOT USE MAKRO online.
