Terrible Service

I bought a Lenovo charger and an incorrect Nesty charger was delivered. I have logged a return on the 31st of January and today it’s the 5th no one has gotten back to me. Makro’s call centre centre agents who provide clients with their incorrect names and surnames don’t know Makro’s 3rd party suppliers. I have been calling none stop with no assistance. Oh and the agents say they don’t have Team Leaders and Management.
