Terrible Service

My Defy washing machine broke and I have an extended warranty with Makro. It's a nightmare trying to get it repaired or replaced. Staff take my details and don't get back to me. It's been 3weeks and it's still not fixed. Sent from one person to the other. So disappointed 😞
