Terrible Service

I bought a TV box online at Marko, it didn't last even 5months I called to he returns department to log a call they call I explained everything the following day they emailed saying I'm must take the device to the store,I explained again by email and call that I buy only cos I can't reach their store due to my working hours then they emailed me saying they will charge me R660 to collect their faulty device because the store it's far. I called and emailed them that I didn't choose that shop they did and can they come collect the device the same way that they delivered it cause the distance hasn't changed. Until today they haven't collected the device even though they agreed on an email that they come that was two weeks ago,it's been a month now not been able to watch all my show that I've paid for because of the terrible service of Marko.. I've have never expected such experience from a big company like Marko. I will also share the emails on this platform to show how *********** they are.
