Terrible service

I bought a washing machine on the 20th Feb , the machine was delivered (Makro crown mines )on the 22nd and then on the 23rd I tested the machine but it wasn’t working it wasn’t spinning , I reported it same time on the Makro since I bought it online , logged a return , no communication at all from makro , I called them and their customer service sucks no one could help , I called them countless times but they kept saying a service call was logged but there was no communication , sent an email no response , I’m not sitting with a washing machine that’s supposed to be new but not working and Makro has not communicated with me at this point I just want my money back they can just come get their machine coz their customer service really sucks and their agents are rude
