Terrible service!!!!

Makro’s service is appalling. Their contact centre has no customer service etiquette and I was ultimately told to contact the store myself to get my online order sorted. The Crown Mines store hardly answers their phone and when they do you get placed on hold for long. Your website says if you place an order before 10am you will receive it the following day it’s been 3 days and no update, nothing. I have to constantly call and get different answers. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement.
