Terrible return service
Bought a shelf that assembled with some ridiculous rivet system, the thing collapses the moment you try to move it. Trying to return it and they just don't come to collect it. Phone multiple times and no further! I want my money back so I can buy something that actually works!!

29 Dec 2024, 07:24The return was submitted on the 5th of December and I still have not received my refund! Your website states it should reflect within 7 working days, and even with all the public holidays in between it has been far longer than that!
