Terrible refund services

Makro refund services are terrible! Last year December they cancelled an online order of mine, and on 13 December 2020, I received an email that I will receive a refund in about 7 days. It is now almost a month and a half later and after many emails enquiring about the refund, I still haven't received anything. I've also been sending follow up emails, but to no avail. I am frustrated and disappointed in Makro for not paying me back my money for an order I paid for and which got cancelled by them.
