terrible purchase experience from makro online

Bought a Hisense fridge on Makro online. It worked for 2 days and stopped working. I have raised this on the phone and email with them but still sit with the broken fridge and no idea on the process to get it replaced/sorted 2 weeks later. Don't by from Makro online. They don't have any process for returns.
