Terrible, Pathetic, Shocking Service!!!

Makro Strubens Valley!!!! Pathetic Service!!!! promised delivery Monday afternoon, it is now Tuesday , still no feedback, tried to call them but put on hold or 10 minutes as no one answers their phone, Receptionist needs to go for customer relations training because she tell me that other customers call more times than i did and i must just hold, ***!!! If reception, her name is Ntabiseng, can provide such service then it says a lot for the rest of the company!! I had to take leave from work to accept this delivery, had to call them the whole day to find out whats happening and it is now 3.23pm and still no feedbac**** I am shocked to say the least, Terrible service!!!
