Terrible, pathetic customer service

I've placed an online order, I was unable to select a delivery date, the app immediately gave me the 8 Feb 2025, which is today. I received a message stating that my order will only be delivered on Monday 10 Feb 2025. I've been on the phone with them, explaining that I DO NOT HAVE ANYONE AVAILABLE TO COLLECT THE ORDER DURING THE WEEK AS I AT WORK. With no assistance received, even after I'm repeatedly explained that there's no one to collect the order. This is terrible customer service and I regret purchasing anything from their online shop. They are ****en useless
