Terrible Online Shopping Experience – Just Go to the Store!

I strongly advise against wasting your time shopping online at Makro. The experience was incredibly frustrating. The website is clunky and unresponsive, and it’s difficult to find what you’re looking for. Even worse, the delivery timelines are completely unreliable. My order was delayed multiple times without any clear updates or explanations from customer service.

When I tried to contact their support, I either got no response or generic, unhelpful replies.

Save yourself the stress and just visit the store. It’s faster, easier, and you’ll actually get what you need without jumping through hoops. I won’t be using their online platform again.
