Makro online services are so terrible, them working with 3rd parties for deliveries has proven to be the worst thing they have going on. Not being able to control what happens to your orders is rather appalling. You cannot track your parcels but you are going to wake up to an sms saying driver is on their way to deliver. If you miss the delivery it gets returned. Don’t you think it will be less of an inconvenience for everyone if you are able to track your order so you can make arrangements in time for delivery.
