TERRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE

Terrible customer service and very poor communication. Ordered a set of luggage bags from makro and each time I track it the order it shows no progress. It was never even packed or prepared for collection by the courier. So disappointed and dissatisfied because they promised to deliver within 2-5 working days. Still nothing. Sent countless emails and only got one automated response from them, no assistance whatsoever!!! If they have no stock they must refund me back my money very fast. Why okare they are ****mers?? MAK*** how hard is it to deliver some bags????
