Terrible online service

My first time ordering online at Makro, never again. Terrible service and pathetic customer service. Received none of the items for over a week, some of these items were cancelled without prior communication. The call Centre agents are also clueless. I urge anyone attempting to place an online with them to reconsider, rather stick to Takealot.
