TERRIBLE ONLINE RETURNS & REFUNDS

We ordered camping mattresses from Makro Online on Saturday 18 Jan 2025. It was great to get the delivery by Monday 20 Jan 2025 but we were very disappointed with the poor quality of the Camp Master mattresses. The straps started to fray immediately upon opening.

We logged a return for a refund which was collected on 29 January 2025. The refund should have been processed within 7 working days. We were never informed of our return confirmation or kept updated on our refund. On 14 February I finally managed to get hold of Makro's call center and they said no refund was processed so they had to re-initiate the refund which takes another 7 working days.

I will NEVER buy from Makro online again. Terrible service and refund process.
