TERRIBLE ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE

Placed order for a PS4 on 24th November for collection at Strubens valley. Till date which is 6th December 2017 i have not received my order. I have sent emails, but no response to my emails. I have been at Makro more than 3 times since purchase but all stories of no stock while the items is still advertised online with stock available.

The is highly unacceptable as this order was intended as a birthday present for a kid who is so disappointed and doesn't understand why i have not given him his present till date.

My biggest regret was ordering from Makro while i could have order same item from Incredible connection.

I order same item from incredible connection and received it next day.

Why advertise products if you do not have stock of the item?
