TERRIBLE ONLINE EXPERIENCE

Terrible online experience from Makro Online, ordered on 26/03/23 and a month later I'm still waiting for my order. Phoned 5 times already but no luck!!!🤬 Other order should have been delivered by Monday it's Friday and still no sign of my parcel....🤬🤬🤬
